HOW OUR PROPERTY SEARCH SERVICE WORKS

Sales Search

Stage 1 - We will have an initial meeting to discuss your requirements and to outline how we can help you alongside outlining our fees.

Stage 2 - Once we have agreed to work as your retained agent we will then request an initial instruction fee. Once the initial payment has been received we will then start your property search for an agreed minimum period.
