Brix is a family run business in Cobham, founded by Russell and Justine who have lived in Cobham for over 15 years. We pride ourselves on our award winning service and design-led marketing and have been a Gold winner at the British Property Awards for 2 years running. We are regulated by the RICS and The Property Ombudsman.

We work with you in order to help perfectly prepare your home to look its absolute best in preparation for the photo and film shoots. which we attend and oversee in person.

Our bespoke design-led marketing optimises your homes appeal for those vital first impressions with buyers, across digital and traditional formats. We use high quality photography, film, bespoke designed brochures and our unique interactive digital touchscreen, located in the centre of Cobham.
4. Viewings
All viewings are accompanied by us in person with the benefit of our knowledge of the property maximising the potential of every viewing.
5. Sales Progression
Communication is key here and all sales progression is director led at all times in order to make the transaction as efficient and smooth as possible.

Russell is a Chartered Surveyor and Surrey Estate Agent with over 20 years experience in the property industry. Russell has worked in all areas of agency, development, investment, valuation and asset management. Having lived in Cobham for over 15 years, he is passionate about property and working in the local area he loves and knows so well.
Russell is the sales and marketing director and also spearheads our team of digital and design creatives to deliver our award winning bespoke designed marketing campaigns to elevate and optimise the marketing of our clients homes.
Justine James - Director
Justine has over 20 years PR, communications and client relationship experience, she makes sure everything runs smoothly for all our clients. Justine has worked with a broad range of brands and property companies to ensure they have optimal positioning in the market. With a keen eye for detail, she is instrumental in ensuring all properties maximise their potential.
